Grandma's Counter: Rice Krispie Cookies

Its time to find another one of Grandma's go to recipes!
The kids got to pick it out this time.
They decided on Rice Krispie Cookies!
I think that they picked this one because of the silly picture
of me that Grandma put on the bottom of the page! ;)
This recipe makes 3 dozen cookies.
You will need:
1 Cup Sugar
1Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Oil
1 Cup Soft Butter
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Rice Krispies
1 Cup Quick Oats
1/2 Cup Coconut (Optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, mix sugars, oil, egg, and butter until well blended.
Stir in baking soda, salt, and and flour.
Add vanilla, Rice Krispies, Coconut and Oats. Blend until dough is even.
Drop by teaspoon on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes
I loved these.
They are not overly sweet and the Rice Krispies give a great texture.
