New school room? Yes, please!

After I put down my new 5 dollah rug, it got me into project mode.

Hubby and the boys helped me pull Grandma's old dresser
out of the utility room, sand it, and paint it for our school room storage!

I am loving the way it all turned out!

Awesome family project!
I've always wished for a room specifically for school. Actually we could have that in this house but did choose to make the basement rec room a guest room/exercise room.

I sooo love this transformation! I saw a pic on Pinterest the other day where they used epoxy to color the top of the desks. That would be cute here too!!

What a fantastic room! I'm re-doing my office and you've given me great ideas. So neat that you transformed a dresser and put the desks in the middle of the room.

Thank you for sharing,
Marie

Stopping by from Mary's link up. I love the dresser! It is funny how a little change can make a big difference, especially when we spend so much of our time making our house a home.

It really looks great and that pop of green just makes it so much more fun and less dreary. The way school should be. :D Thanks for sharing this week on BeColorful.
