FUN da-middles Review and Giveaway

Okay guys and gals!
I owe you all a big thank you! I have 170 original pins on Pinterest from Mommy Minded and numerous repins. All thanks to my readers. Because of this, we have added 72! Yes, 72 new readers to the Mommy Minded family in less than a month. That is crazy!

So I decided to accept a few review opportunities so
that you guys will have some great new products to try with your family.
The first one is a great kit for the whole family from Blog Spark and Betty Crocker!

I know that every time we see these boxes at the store, the kids want them. Needless to say, they were stoked when they got home and opened the box on the porch!

These were so simple and fast to make.
I love the cute cupcake liners that came as a gift!

Just like other Betty Crocker cake mixes,
all you have to do is mix your oil, water, and eggs with the dry mix!

Add enough batter to fill the liner about 2/3 of the way.

Next, you add a little cream in the middle of each cupcake.
Make sure it doesnt touch the sides!
The cream is really thick so it is easy to keep it centered.

Cover with the remaining batter.
It works out perfect for 12 cupcakes.

BTW, How stink'n cute is the oven mit that comes with this package?

The hardest part for the kids was the 20 minutes it takes to
bake them and they the 20 minutes
that you have to wait on them to cool... :)

My Overall Opinion:

I love this product because the icing is not on top! This makes it a great surprise to pack in the kids lunch since you don't have to worry about icing getting EVERYWHERE. Hubby works away from home during the week. We pack him good home cooked meals and snacks for the hotel and these work out perfect for that for the same reason!

The portion controlled filling in the center is a much better option than the inches of icing that go on top of cupcakes when you purchase them at the store!

The whole family gave these 2 thumbs up!

A lady was looking at all the different options at the store with us and mentioned that she didn't understand why the price was higher than a regular cake mix. This comes with filling so you don't have to buy icing so it is actually less than purchasing a regular mix and a tub of icing.

Here is a coupon to make it even better!

Enter here to win a package just like mine!

One sample of new Betty Crocker Fun da-middles cupcake mix
One cupcake pan
One oven mitt
One package of cupcake liners
One box of cupcake gift notes

Note:

Products mentioned above information, and giveaway was provided by Betty Crocker through MyBlogSpark. All opinions are my own and yours may differ. No monetary compensation was received.

These cupcakes look delicious and so easy to make. I cook it with little difference. Added dairy milk chocolate instead of creams. So delicious and testy dish.
