I got about being scared to try a green smoothie.
Make your FAVORITE smoothie and add a good handful of fresh spinach. Try it. I honestly can not even taste the green. After you see if you like it, change it up a bit. Add some protein or take away some sugar. I always add banana or use apple juice (in the place of water) for the kids to sweeten it up for them. Yogurt is great for a creamy smoothie.
