This is my breakfast everyday and the kids have it with oatmeal or toast a few times a week.
"The Green Monster"
1 Cup fresh spinach (Packed)
4 Frozen Strawberries
1/4 - 1/2 cup cold water
(Depends on how thick or thin you want it)
Blend and enjoy.
I also add a 1/2 scoop protein powder to mine but not my kids.
